1.High-output UV Illumination
We achieved a high-output UV illumination, with a maximum width of 1.2 m at 80W/cm (12 kW type). New higher capacities (3/6/12 kW) and lamp housing series supports a wide range of applications. Even adhesion of large FPDs (including LCDs/PDPs) is easy.

4.Automatic Correction to UV Intensity Drop-off
Over time, UV illumination intensity diminishes. Our unique UV auto-control function, however, automatically corrects output within 5% accurately. Now you can use your lamp until the end of its lifetime, with less work of checking lamp intensity. An optional UV optical feedback function can also be added, which constantly monitors UV illumination intensity, and corrects for any drop-offs.
5.Built-in Continuous Optical Adjustment Function
Adjust UV intensity in a range of 50% to 100%, in increments of 5%, depending on the item being manufactured, and resin being used. (External optical adjustment included on 6 kW and 12 kW models.)
6.Electronic Ballast Reduces Size and Uses 40% Less Energy
Much more compact than conventional (6 kW) products, volume ratio is roughly two thirds, and weight ratio is roughly one third. Energy consumption was also greatly reduced: power capacity was cut by roughly 40%.
