To reduce the usage of earth's resources, demand for a longer product lifecycle increases.
Pursue and supply high quality standard products which can be safely used in long term.
From April 1st 2009, Panasonic Electric Works Co. Ltd expanded its warranty period for its FA automation control products from current 1year to 3 years.

2009 April 1st. [Concerning the 3 year warranty] Products are warranted 3 years from the date of purchase, or from the date of delivery completion. The definition of 3 years include the 6 month period for distribution, total 42 month after production. Products which has been produced from Oct. 1st, 2005 will also be warranted. |

Failure for which Panasonic Electric Works Co. Ltd is responsible during the warranty period, either a replacement product will be provided or the defective products will be repaired free of charge at the place of purchase. Below products are excluded from the 3 year warranty. * Consumable/maintenance parts such as batteries and relays. * Discontinued products as of April 1st 2009. |
